All About You Home Care is a licensed Home Care Service Agency where individuals with disabilities and seniors work with knowledgeable and compassionate staff.

Home & Community Support Services (HCSS)

We specialize in providing Home Care Support Services under the Nursing Home Transition Diversion (NHTD) Waiver and the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver programs.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Services

AAY provides Personal Care Aide (PCA) services under contracts with Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) providers. AAY is also a Monroe County EISEP PCA provider.

Trainings and Events

For individuals already certified as PCA’s and CNA’s, we offer a 7 day class schedule. For those not certified, we offer a two and a half week program that includes the required NYSDOH clinical and HCSS training that is required by the NHTD and TBI Waivers.

Personal Care Aides

By providing a combination of oversight, supervision, companionship, and hands-on care, our Certified Personal Care Aides (PCAs) assist our consumers in achieving their goal of independent community living.
